PD is typically in mm on your prescription. If it's not there, just give your doctor a call, and they'll provide it for free. Adult PD usually ranges between 55-65 mm. If the number is written between 20-35 mm on your prescription, please double it here.

Segment Height (Seg Height)

Segment height does not apply to Single Vision lenses.
Segment Height, also known as Seg Height or SH, is the vertical measurement in millimeters from the bottom of the lens in your frames to the beginning of the progressive addition on a progressive lens, or the top line of a lined bifocal.
