What do I need to place an order?

Ready to order? Just have your employee information on hand. If you're ordering prescription lenses, make sure you also have a copy of your prescription and your PD (pupillary distance). If your PD isn't on your prescription, simply contact your doctor.

For non-Rx options, your employee information is all you need!

How are payments handled?
