How old can my prescription be?
Written in the last 12 months. Older ones count as expired, so ask your eye doctor for an updated one before you order.
Do I need my PD?
Yes, on every Rx order. If your prescription does not list it, your eye doctor or optician can measure it. The try-on tool is not accurate enough to order with.
Can I use my contact lens prescription?
No. Glasses need an eyeglass prescription.
Does Rx anti-fog cost anything?
No. It is optional, costs you nothing and needs your manager’s approval, which you confirm on the order form.
