Your employer covers one pair of safety eyewear every 12 months, prescription or non-prescription, at no cost to you. No account, no checkout, no card.

Pick a frame

Browse Frames and choose the fit for your face and your workday. Frames marked RX take a prescription. Any frame can be ordered non-RX.

Fill out one form

Have your employee ID and store number ready. For a prescription order, add a photo of your written prescription, your PD, and for progressive or bifocal lenses your segment heights. Non-RX orders skip the prescription section.

Pick up at your store

Submit once. We email you when it ships, and your glasses arrive at the store you selected in about 10 business days. Nothing comes to your home.
